RSS News channels in Firefox

You can add our site to any RSS news reader you are currently using. However if you are a user of the Firefox browser (if not then why not?) you can add our site as a "Live Bookmark".
Take a look at your address bar. Do you see the orange icon to the right?
When you press it you will see a popup menu for each RSS feed on a page. We have two (see the link at the bottom of the page?) which point to the same file. Choose either one.
You now have a new bookmark on your bookmark toolbar.
You can now press any of the items to see the page. As with most feeds we will update the channel regularly. You may have to right click on the new feed bookmark and choose "Reload Live Bookmark" to see the new items.
